Spotlight cam seems to be gradually dying

Ring spotlight cam is showing constantly now it cannot connect and be viewed despite showing -61db signal and good health. I just bought this from amazon on april 21st and its gradually degrading in picture (purple hue at dusk) and unable to connect messages 9 out of 10 times, see attached

Do I need to return this?

Have you tried resetting it by holding button for 30 seconds then resetting it up
