Spotlight cam light not activating when motion is sensed

I can’t figure out why my lights are not turning on, or how to reset the ring spot light. The ring system is still recording during motion but the lights are not turning on at night. I looked at all my settings on the app and they appear to be ok. Any suggestions?

Hi @VRL. To reset your Spotlight Cam, you’ll want to hold down the setup button on it for at least 20 seconds. After that’s done, walk through a new setup in the Ring App by using the steps under Set Up a Device. This will fully reset the Camera and have you adjust all of the settings to make sure everything is working properly.
