I have just set my Ring doorbell up. I get the notifications when someone is near it or presses the bell but I can’t speak to the person at the door or hear them. I’ve obviously not done something during setup. Can anyone help please? Thank you
Hi @Wannabekiwi. I would make sure that your are pressing the Green button while on the Live View. Also, make sure you are not connected to any bluetooth devices. This Help Center article here also has some tips and tricks for troubleshooting audio. I hope this helps!
