Sound

Samsung S10+. For quite some time I have not been able to hear people speak when they ring the bell. I figured it was the doorbell set up, after contacting ring the bell plays perfectly on playback but live view there is no sound. I have uninstalled and re installed the app, turned off time line, reset the ring but still no sound, however on my laptop I have perfect sound. I will be cancelling my subscription as the bell is useless without audio and very poor support from ring. There appears to be a large number of ppl with the same issue and no support. Unless someone else has any ideas?

Hey @Amgrams. Do you have any bluetooth devices connected to your smart phone when viewing the Live View or trying to listen for sound? I recommend disconnecting any and all and trying this out again to see if this helps! In addition, what kind of Ring Doorbell do you have?
