Hi! A couple days ago, my family and I’s house got vandalized. The audio was not recorded for some reason and I wanted to see if I could get the audio so I could report this incident to the police. Is there any way you can re archive the audio???
Hi @lolraz. I’m sorry to hear about what happened. There is not a way for us to recover any audio that wasn’t recorded at the time of the incident. Typically the audio should always be recorded when your Doorbell records a motion event or ding, have you noticed the audio missing on any other previous events? If so, can you please share an example of a recording without audio?
On your Doorbell’s device profile page, go to Device Settings > Privacy Settings and ensure Audio Streaming and Recording is toggled on. If this was toggled off, that would explain why the audio wasn’t captured for this event.
