Some numbers on Keypad not working

I have just set up a 2nd generation ring keypad, but when i try to enter my 4 digit code only some of the numbers make a sound, then nothing happens…So it appears that only some numbers on the keypad work. Has anyone else experienced this issue please? Thanks

Hi @BSB1985. This shouldn’t be happening. I suggest following the steps in this Help Center article here to see if this will correct this issue you are having.
