My solar charger which is Bly a couple of months old is not charging my ring doorbell 1 anymore. Suggestions
Hi @Eniedmann! The best first thing to check is event history and wifi signal. Too many events and/ or wifi interference can make your Ring device work more, draining the battery quicker than a charge can be applied. As long as your Solar Charger is getting several hours of direct sunlight and is securely connected to the Doorbell, this should work as intended. Please also check for any debris covering the solar panels.
