Can anyone please advise me of the size of the black countersunk bolts(or blunt screws)? which attach the doorbell bracket to the solar charger- I’ve dropped 1and have no idea how to calculate what size thread I need to order some from ebay. thanks.
Hi @sidbaldwin. Can you specify which Ring Doorbell and Solar Charger you have? You can find the model information on the original packaging, on the back of the device itself, or on the Device Health page in the Ring App. If possible, do you have any of the other screws still? If you can attach a picture of the ones you do have that would be helpful as well so I can take a look.
