So I have just bought the All-new Ring Stick Up Cam Plug-In.

I have to say this product is very disappointing at the moment as the screen constantly breaks up and ghosts or completely pixelated. What is the fix for this? I have turned it off, restarted it, turned apps off and reset the modem.

The device is 4’ from the modem, do I need a range extender from 4’? Attached is the Device Health report
