Hi everyone
I have a ringdoor bell 2 and the snapshot capture feature works great, however i recently got a stick up cam battery and the feature dosent work. It just shows up on the app as footage unavailable. Is there a way to fix this thank you

Hey @AndrewDoogan. Is the Stick Up Cam Battery the 3rd Generation of the Stick Up Cam? The Stick Up Cam 3rd Generation does not have this feature at this time, but should within the year! Even if you have it enabled on your device, it may not be fully functional at this time as it is slowly rolled out to our neighbors. You can learn more about this in our Help Center Article here.
