It says I am able to capture snapshots on my stick up camera. I have made the necessary steps in the settings. And have saved it. It should be taking pictures every minute. Can’t find the snapshots in my history or from live view sweeping left
Hi @Bevreb. Take a look at this Help Center article here to ensure that you have the Snapshot Capture feature enabled correctly. Next, if you have a battery operated Stick-Up Cam, ensure that your battery is fully charged, as some features require an extra draw on your battery. Lastly, be sure that your Ring app is up to date as well as your phone. Let me know if this works, and if not, please share some screenshots of your settings and your Event History Timeline so I can investigate this further.
