I gave up last night around 6PM. I left it Updating; hoping it would while I slept … but still Updating this morning.
I have tried everything I can think of. So, I will wait to hear from you.
Did you check status.ring.com as I suggested? It appears the latest update is, “We apologize for this incident and any inconveniences it may have caused. If your Smart Lighting Bridge was affected by this incident, please remove the Smart Lighting Bridge from within the Ring App and then wait 30 seconds before taking your Smart Lighting Bridge through another setup.” If that does not work, plese give our support team a call. Keep me posted!
I checked it out last night, but not again this morning. I checked this morning for a Ring App update. I figured that was how it was going to be fixed.

I added one of my spotlights (it works too) and am going to mount it right now. I am replacing one of my Mr Beams MB360XT (they basically look the same, but twice the lumens); which I will move out of range of my Ring cameras.
