Smart alerts not working

Hello. Recently my Floodlight Cam (1st gen) stopped recording. I restarted it, and then factory reset it. Both did not resolve the problem. So I discovered if I disable smart alerts, it starts recording. Of course the amount of alerts without smart alerts is a lot. Anyone see smart alerts cause the can to stop recording?
