Slow Video Response

When someone rings the doorbell, I check the video - it says “processing”. It does this for SO LONG that there is not practical use for it. I can get up and go look well before I can see them. If I’m not home, they are long gone by the time the video comes up and I could maybe talk. How do I solve this or is it just how they are. Ring 2 purchased from Costco.
