All I want is a returns label. 3 days and and hour on the phone I’m still waiting. Not impressed by customer service at all.
Hi @Martyfox. I would recommend trying to search for the email containing the shipping label thoroughly. Check your spam folder for the label and make sure that Ring is not on your blocked email list. You can also search for the label in your emails using the search bar in your email app. If you cannot find it, you will have to continue to work with our support team since the Community is a neighbor-to-neighbor support forum. The support team does not monitor this forum, and no account-specific or return label concerns can be resolved here.
