Slow connection

This has been covered before, but not recently from what i can see.
My door bell seems to have a very slow connection.
Ofd i am out and somebody rings, they are gone before i can log onto the phone and start to talk with them…
How can i speed up the link?
download is 9.65 and upload 0.7

Hi there, @DickSoutham! Most of our Video Doorbell models will require a minimum recommend upload speed of 2 Mbps, per device. This information can be found on the Video Doorbell product page at Ring.com, by scrolling to the “Tech Specs” section. Here is our Video Doorbell (2020 Release) page for example. Increasing speeds is best handled with your internet service provide, although, speeds can also vary depending on the network equipment being used. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
