I used their sign in code withinn 10 seconds after receiving it and I got warning it was toom old. I requested another, used it immediatelyn and got same errore too late. Theyn sent me 3 codes, same number, and then said I was locked out. WHAT gives??
Hi @theoldsalt. Are you trying to sign into the Ring App or the Ring website? You may want to try deleting all of the email or text codes you’ve received before attempting to sign in again.
