Whilst the feature page is useful for us customers to suggest new ideas, we don’t know if anyone from Ring community has seen them / discussed with product team / being implemented / declined the request.
It would be nice to see the status so we know that our ideas are being considered, rather than the feature requests being a black hole.

It would be helpful / nice if posts on ideas get a comment / status at least once per year by Ring.
At least the ones with over 10 likes.
A couple of recent Ring improvements have shown why we need official updates from Ring.
These were widely requested and I believe Ring Community support posted to say ‘no update at this time’, and then within a few days these were released. It would have been nice if we knew in advance that these were in progress.
