Ring’s billing system on this website requires that your credit card biling address be used as the shipping address. However the shipping only allows “ground” as an option for PO Boxes.
The method they chose was something called “UPS SurePost” which sends via UPS ground part of the way, then switches over to USPS, via “Parcel Select”.
So at a minimum, it will be 3 weeks.
When I complained to Ring.com staff for my first order attemt, that was cancelled without telling me when the shipping and billing addresses didn’t match, they said to order their products through Amazon. For this second, smaller, order I figured I could wait the one week they estimated it would take.
tl;dr If you have a PO Box don’t use Ring.com to order anything because their shipping policy sucks.
