Shared user stop receiving alerts

My shared user has to keep logging out and in to start getting alerts at least twice a week.
Any suggestions?

Hey @Ebrown8. Could you have your shared user try removing the Ring app from their phone, restart their phone, and then reinstall the app? Once reinstalled, have them log back in and monitor the alerts from there to make sure they are getting them still after a couple weeks. Also, depending on their type of device, we have Ring Help Center Articles for iOS devices and Android devices that may help.

If they continue to have this concern, it may be best for them to reach out to our support team here to troubleshoot their specific account and mobile device they’re getting the notifications on.
