Setup mistake, blue led flashing

Hello, an error occurred during the installation of Video doorbell pro, since then the top of the doorbell has been blinking with a blue LED, nothing happens even after the reset. It has been online for 2 days and its battery is fully charged. What to do?

I rehearsed many times already, I lasted until 10 seconds the set button, the circle flashed whitely, then again blue flashing.

Hi @Rutty. When resetting your Ring Doorbell, make sure you’re holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After that reset is complete, you want to take your Doorbell through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
