My new floodlight cam shows previous owner. I purchased it new from Costco and the wires had never been previously been attached.
Hi @Thale. If you’re receiving a message that your Floodlight Cam is already registered to another user and you haven’t previously set it up before, you’ll want to get it exchanged at Costco. They should exchange it for you, as you shouldn’t receive this message unless the device was already set up under a different email address. I hope that helps!
