Set Ring Doorbell Pro Not Connecting


I can’t get the set up to complete. I’ve reset, turned power on and off, turned data off on phone and/or Bluetooth, changed device…, deleted everything, started again

The video for ‘can’t see in the Wi-fi list’ just hangs and doesn’t present other options.

is it possible unit is just faulty? Replacement from Amazon is February.
