My security camera said I need to be subscribed to view the footage, however when I look, it does say I am subscribed. Why am I unable to view the footage?
You get a 30 day free trial then after that its £2.50 a month or £25 a year (UK) to be able to view and dowload recorded videos, if you dont subscribe you are only left with live view.
