I changed the battery to recharge and now cannot get a live view
Hi @ljrilli! When live view does not connect, it is often due to wifi signal or it’s online status. After inserting the battery, please ensure there are lights or a response from the Camera when pressing the setup button. If not, ensure there is no debris in the battery slot and the hatch is securely shut (if a Spotlight Cam).
With the battery fully charged and inserted, your Camera should allow a reconnection or setup in the Ring app. Try resetting the Camera by holding the setup button for 20 seconds, if this is not the case. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
