It seems like in the past, there may have been a way to do some type of screen capture of a frame within a (paused) video clip. In other words, essentially creating a “photo” from the frame.

(This should not be confused with the Ring Snapshot Capture feature, which takes snapshots at scheduled intervals.)

Any suggestions on the best way to do so?

Hey Frustrated427. I believe on iphones there is a way to do this through the iPhone itself. I am fairly certain there is no way to do that via the Ring app software itself.
