Scanning old out door cameras to new router

new router required removal of outdoor cameras to have them rescanned but removing them caused damage to two of the five cameras. Ring advised to cancel old account and register as new but canceling old account also cancelled my protect plan. Can I replace the two damaged cameras for replacements in this instance?
