Saved videos not playing

Between early last night and this morning the videos that have been taken by my stick up cam will not play. In the app the don’t appear in the event history and on the website I get an error message saying there was no plan in place when these videos where taken when there was.

This sort of thing seems to be happening more and more.

Hi @Andywibroe. For this I would recommend reaching out to our support team so they can make sure your Ring Protect plan is properly attached to your Ring Camera. They can pull up your account and look into this further. You can give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. What is more odd is it seems video during the day time is working as expected but as soon as the sun goes down this problem kicks in.
