I cannot sign into Ring with my Samsung Galaxy S20 phone. I get "error occurred, try again . . . " message.
No problem with laptop, iPad or Alexa.

If you have any VPNs enabled, make sure these are disabled as they will impact your ability to log into and use the Ring App. Additionally, check if you have any Android apps that may conflict with the Ring App by checking our Help Center Article here. After checking both of those, try connecting to the Ring App on both wifi and on cellular data to narrow down the cause of this concern. Let me know if you’re able to get logged into your Ring App.
