I have all kinds of packages being delivered and the doorbell isn’t alerting me. There is nothing for today except me accessing the the live view. As you can see from the pic of the live view, there is a huge package on the front porch. The video doorbell recorded NOTHING!
Hi @Lpeach1969. I’d recommend verifying your settings, as you may have motion detection disabled overall or within a specific Mode. In the Ring app, tap the menu in the top left > Devices > your Doorbell > make sure the motion detection is toggled on. From there, tap the Mode Settings tile and verify that motion detection is not disabled for your Doorbell in a specific Mode. You can learn more about Modes settings in this Help Center article.
