On my battery spotlight cam the RSSI figure often shows as 0, which I’m sure cannot be right. Do I need to send it back for replacement or is there anything I can do?

Hi there, @BobWatford! This definitely should not be happening. An RSSI reading should always have a value rather than a “0”. If your Camera is working as intended other than this RSSI reading, try removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device. Power cycling the Camera, by taking out the quick release battery then reinserting the battery, might help to refresh this connection reading. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
