New setup. Won’t find WiFi. Tried different channels on 2.4 ghz band. Connects to app during setup just fine. Doorbell 3 plus battery had no issues with finding WiFi on 5 ghz. Asus ac3100 dual band router.
Hey @Steve-Cindy. I recommend checking your ports and protocol settings on your router to ensure it allows the Ring device to connect, as this may be why it’s not connecting to your internet. Feel free to contact your ISP to make these changes that you need to do.
