Ring3 Not Connecting to Live View

I have tried every troubleshooting suggestion from the Ring support page and nothing works so I can see my live view. I have the fastest internet option from Comcast, the modem is just a few feet from the doorbell, I don’t have 10 million things connected to my wifi and yet it still is not working :triumph:

Real help would be great!!!

Hi @Mked0814. A good place to start for Live View concerns is our Community Post on the topic here, which contains several different troubleshooting steps. In addition, I would recommend uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone, and reinstalling the Ring App. You can also try out the Rapid Ring App, which is designed to allow you to answer notifications and access Live View more quickly. If none of these suggestions resolve your concern, our support team can take a deeper look for you.
