My Ring2 with Solar panel does not detect motion frequenty, just not detecting it…
Wifi Ok
Zone Ok
Battery etc ok.
Every parameter is for sure “ok”.
Its just not detecting motion and/or uploding motion video to cloud.
It seems impossitble to make an actual support care to Ring, which I am very dissatisfied with…
Hi @moseisleydk. If WiFi, Zone and Battery are OK, I’m not sure what the issue can be. Anytime there is a concern with motion detection, it’s almost always related to RSSI, motion settings or Doorbell placement. If you’d like to share how your settings are configured, or a screenshot of your doorbells view, I’m sure we can make some suggestions that would improve your motion detection.
