For some reasons ring keeps cancelling my subscription as apparently can’t take the money. Nothings changed. So thought I’d use another payment method. Now everytime I try and subscribe, It just keeps taking me to my videos online saying I can’t view them and error?

- Digital credit cards
- Debit card payments
- Amazon Pay
and any other payment methods offered through our shop.ring.com website.
We do not accept any payments in the form of cash, check, money order or single-use credit cards.** Also, if you are attempting to access videos after a plan lapsed for any reason, those videos will not be saved or viewable even after subscribing. Only the videos for events that happened since newly subscribing, will be viewable.

I have the same issue. Reentered by payment method MC. I get a notice from my card the payment is approved. But then Ring cancels it and I get a notice stating I no long can record video
