I am unable to connect the ring to the network, I press the orange button but the light on the front is not spinning.
Hey @CoriReed. What Doorbell do you have? Have you ensured that it has been fully charged for at least 8 hours? If you’ve charged up the Doorbell or the battery for it and it’s not showing any signs of life, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
