Ring wireless doorbell is not connecting through setup

Bought a ringdoor view cam gen 2. Its taken 6 months to get somone to fit it for me (im disabled). I have tried two charged batteries and I still cannot get it to set up passed “your ring device is ready for set up”. No white light spins around, and i have tried the reset orange button.

Do I need a Ring Pro to set it up ? Do I need a package of somekind ? Do I need somekind of chime box ? Help

My WIFI is working, Its Sky UK. Can anyone help ? Sorry no paper instructions to set up

Or do I have to send the item back to the seller.

Once the battery is fully charged, insert into the Ring device and press the setup button to initiate setup mode. If there are no lights showing, inspect the Peephole Camera Flex Cable to ensure it is connected properly.
