Like a plonker I’ve bought a wired doorbell but my existing bell is ran off a 9v chime! Do I have any options here other than taking my Ring doorbell back? Cheers
Hi @Macka09. Which model of Ring Doorbell did you purchase? Is it the Video Doorbell Wired? You can find the name of the Doorbell you’ve purchased on the original packaging or on the back of the device itself. Additionally, which country or region are you located in? The power requirements can differ depending on which model of Doorbell you have as well as where you’re located, so I want to have the correct information before making any suggestions.
