Ring will not connect to WiFi

Ring will not connect to WiFi. Network is working. I have done the test and all ok. The error msg is Unable to connect to Ring setup. Cam Amy one help plz

Hi there, @Blankley! If your Ring device has been online previously, please reconnect your Ring device by following the steps in this help center article.

If this is a new setup, please ensure there is no vpn enabled on your mobile device. If possible, try performing the setup on another mobile device entirely.

Please make sure the Video Doorbell battery is full charged, and you are close to the router during setup. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
