My ring doorbell is not working. I received a message that my credit card was not working for a 30.00 fee. I updated credit card information and since then my doorbell is not working
Hi @LoriSmith! Even though it sounds like your Video Doorbell was not subscribed, this should not effect all functionality. When not subscribed, you should still be able to access live view, and receive alerts. If this is not the case, your Video Doorbell might be offline. The best first step here will be to charge your Video Doorbell battery for several hours. Once done, try reconnecting the Doorbell to wifi within the Ring app, or triggering a live view, motion, ring event. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
