Ring Video Doorbell Pro Keeps disconnecting from Wifi

I have had ring video doorbell pro fro almost a year. for most of that time, It has been flawless. But in late May it started disconnecting from the wifi. It indicates that the voltage is poor. All I do is take the doorbell off the wall, disconnect and then reconnect the two wires and it will work fine for a while. Then disconnects again. How can I troubleshoot it? If i put a voltage meter on the wires, isnt there some minumum for the ring to work?
