Ring Video Doorbell Pro hardwired bell

I just installed my Ring Video Doorbell Pro. It’s hardwired to the downstairs bell with a Ring Chime upstairs. On initial setup when I pressed the button the downstairs bell would ring.
Now when the button is pressed only the upstairs chime will sound.
Then the Ring gives a blue circling light and says it’s in setup mode
Everything is connected correctly. I can see the camera is on in the Ring app.
I just can’t get the hardwired bell to ring or figure out why it keeps going into setup mode
Can anyone help?

It sounds like the Doorbell Pro may have fallen offline. Try reconnecting your Ring device by following the steps in this Help Center article and ensure to choose the 2.4 Ghz wifi connection. Once online, pressing the button should sound your chime kits.
