I am experiencing same issue with my hardwired ring doorbell. Doorbell worked without issue until recently. Now it does not detect ANY motion until I am already at door. It is not recording any motion alerts either. All device settings and notifications are confirmed correct. Last night I reset device then finally forced new setup of same device. Motion detection worked for about one hour, now nothing. I live in very busy area and I’ve watched numerous activity in camera range today, without any detection. PLEASE HELP thank you.
Have you tried cleaning the front of your doorbell with a soft damp cloth?
