Ring video doorbell motion is not working correctly

I am experiencing same issue with my hardwired ring doorbell. Doorbell worked without issue until recently. Now it does not detect ANY motion until I am already at door. It is not recording any motion alerts either. All device settings and notifications are confirmed correct. Last night I reset device then finally forced new setup of same device. Motion detection worked for about one hour, now nothing. I live in very busy area and I’ve watched numerous activity in camera range today, without any detection. PLEASE HELP :worried: thank you.

Have you tried cleaning the front of your doorbell with a soft damp cloth?
