I have been round and round and round the instruction again and again but am unable to make the light on the front of my doorbell to spin therefore i cannot connect it. It not been operational for three weeks, i have bought a new battery but still no joy.
Any help would be appreciated
Hey @c0fusedofkenilworth, have you made sure to charge the battery for 8 hours? I’m sure you have, but I just wanted to make sure, as this is the recommended charging time, or until the light is just green, and not yellow and green. If the battery has been fully charged and it will not light up, try pressing and holding down the reset button for 30 seconds.
