Ring users invited are having trouble creating an account

Family members I invited to our Mothers indoor camera are having trouble creating their account for shared users. From my end being the owner the list of emails of the family members I invited everything looks correct. They did down load the app and then tried to follow the prompts after they received my email invite.

The good thing is unlike most You can ring Ring !!! And they are on the ball honest … here’s the UK number 01727263045
