We are not getting notifications all the time, hardly anything during day light hours. Checked everything WiFi etc all is fine. Upgraded to better WiFi still a problem. Getting fed up now! I don’t want to have to ring RING at silly cost to myself.
Hi @Chezzco34. I’d be happy to try and provide some helpful suggestions with a bit more information. What model of Ring Doorbell do you have? Do you not see any motion or ding events in your Doorbell’s Event History, or are you not receiving notifications for events that are being registered? Feel free to share any screenshots that demonstrate your concern as well so I have a better idea of what the concern is.
