Ring store discount not working in UK

I am based in the Uk, I have a Ring alarm system and cameras bought through amazon.
I have signed up to Protect plus, partially to get discounts on additional items.
However, nothing i select qualifies for the 10% discount, whether I go through ring or amazon with my linked account.
This morning I methodically went through the whole shop adding things to my basket and nothing in the shop triggered a discount.
None of the links to qualifying items in similar emails work (item not found). Is the discount only available in the US, despite it being on UK focussed Web pages referencing amazon.co.uk links.
Very frustrating, poor practice and false advertising if not relevant to the UK

Not sure what is happening here, but if you wait until Amazon Prime Day, many Ring products go on deep sale.

Unfortunately according to camel-camel, none of the items I am interested in (psu, solar panel or pir) have ever been reduced on Prime day or black Friday/cyber Monday. Hence my interest in the 10% discount

They can take a look and see why the discount may not be working as well as help you get an order placed with the appropriate discount. I spoke to the helpline (very polite person) who went away for 10mins, checked my account and said discount should work.

Went online and the 10% discount came straight on (PIRs, spare PSU and a solar panel), and placed my order. I don’t know what he did, But the discount hadn’t appeared first thing this morning.~£15 saving.

@Andrew_underwood That’s great to hear, I’m glad you were able to use the discount as part of your Plus plan! They may have had to make sure the plan was appearing properly on your account, but either way it’s good to hear you were able to place an order with your discount. :slight_smile:
