I’m having a a hard time trying to connect wifi to my ring device
We’re here to help, @Sandrap3! Which step is setup failing on?
A couple good steps for setup:
- Please ensure vpn is disabled on mobile device.
- Try another mobile device for the setup.
- Be close to your wifi router, and ensure your Video Doorbell is charged (if battery powered).
- Power cycle your router (unplug and plug back in).
