I have the same problem, except this is my only Ring device.
I am having the same issue. Just installed 2 of the stick up battery cameras, went through all the set up and states connected, etc. I have 3 other Ring cameras that are working fine.

Hey neighbors! A live view connection is often dependent on wifi resources and signal strength. If your wifi speeds are sufficient, I recommend also checking the RSSI in your device health, in the Ring app. Check out our Community post about RSSI for tips on optimizing your signal strength.
