Ring Stick Up Cam sends notifications but doesn't record event or show Live View

Beginning 10/27 around midnight our stick up camera quit recording events or allowing us to view Live. It sends motion notifications, has a strong wifi signal but will not work. I logged on to ring.com and again no events logged. We had a 2 pack so I pulled out the other camera (never used) and the results are the same. No events, No LIVE view.

-uninstalled App and Camera… reinstalled both. …no change

-installed 2nd Camera (brand new… no change

-Ran App on husbands android & android tablet… no change

-Rolled back the App on my android to see if an older version would work… no change

-Support had me load Rapid Ring App… no change

-I brought the camera to work to run it on a different wifi network … no change
